30 Day Challenge: Day 6

Day Six: A picture of something the makes you happy

Asking me to narrow down something like pictures to one thing is nearly an impossible task. I have, however, been able to narrow down the pictures of something that makes me happy to 5. 

First and foremost (I am sure not one person expected this) my puppy Hailey is something that makes me happy. I could be having the worst day of my life, but when I come home to her she is just so excited and happy to see me that everything turns around and instantly becomes better. She is so quirky in her own ways that perfectly complement my quirks. She completes me. 

Here is a picture from 2 years ago when my family and I took a vacation to Colorado and I brought along Josh and Kristin. Kristin is one of my very best friends in the entire world, Josh is her husband which grandfathers him into the best friend role. They are two of my most favorite people on this planet. No matter how far apart we live, or how long we go without talking, I know that I can depend on them for anything and that means the world to me. 

Here is a picture of me (lobster) and my raccoon (Carly) right before I deserted her and moved to Colorado. Another one of my very favorite people in this world. She is in PA school too, sadly she is in Montana and I am in Tennessee. Regardless, when we graduate and are working I know that we will reunite in New England. I love this picture and I love her. 

This is the most recent picture I have included in this blog. These are my friends Ben and Kate. We were the 3 Musketeers in during ours (Kate and I) senior year of college, always going out together and hanging together. Some of the best times of my life that I may not always remember have been spent with these two. Kate is an amazing friend and I love her dearly. The same can be said for Ben. I miss these two terribly and cannot wait until we can live near each other again. 

Last, but not least, this is a picture I stole from a friend's Facebook page today. This is a picture of New England in the fall, my absolute favorite time of the year in New England. The leaves change the most gorgeous colors and the air smells crisp and fresh, and there is apple picking and corn mazes and pumpkin patches. The time of year when I miss New England the most is autumn because it is just a great time to relish in all of the great things of life. 

I could easily include more pictures of things that make me happy, but I think that is enough for now. Until tomorrow's challenge...
